Nose
Rhinoplasty with your own cartilage
Target prefers natural rhinoplasty using your own cartilage only. Absorbable mesh or artificial bone used purely to add height is avoided.

Our approach
A nose should suit the rest of the face. Rather than aiming for maximum height, the surgeon plans the shape with your forehead, eyes, cheeks and chin in mind, and favours safety and a natural look over a dramatic change.
Dr. Seo is a member of the rhinoplasty research society of the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and attended the Seoul Rhinoplasty Forum in 2019.
Planning with the face line
Removing malar fat beside the nose during facial liposuction can also make the nose look higher. At consultation the surgeon looks at the whole face before deciding where change is most effective.
Frequently asked questions
Which cartilage is used?
The source of cartilage depends on how much support your nose needs and is decided at consultation.
This website provides general information about procedures offered at Target Plastic Surgery and is not a substitute for a medical consultation. Every procedure carries risks such as swelling, bruising, asymmetry or infection, and results differ from person to person. Suitability is decided by the surgeon after an in-person examination.
